As a wholesale market in a metropolitan area, we encourage route sales from joint markets in producing areas, and we buy the products that greatly affect prices directly from producers, as our own sales business, restore them, and let them out in the market in their peak season to control their supply and demand.
Also, we are encouraging the shipping of standard-sized marine products for improving their marketability and inducing the standard transaction unit to help its early settlement. By reinforcing inspection operations on marine products, we are advancing their quality and their standardization. Our efforts to maintain their freshness and sanitation are also contributing to the advancement of people’s dietary life.
