  • step1: 친환경 농산물 사료채취(22:00~23:00)- 센터 반입된 친환경 농산물 시료 채취(1일 4건), 일반 농산물 시료채취(01:00~02:00)- 센터 반입된 일반 농산물 시료 채취(1일 80~120건)
  • step2: 안전성검사 친환경농산물(23:00~01:00), 일반 농산물 (02:00~04:30)- 잔류농약 검출 간이 속성검사 (효소 저해 검사, 퀘쳐스[QuEChERS] 정밀)
  • 음성(불검출시) step3: 결과 통보 및 배송(04:30~)- 당일 안전성검사 결과 통보 인증번호 부여, 해당 학교로 배송
  • 양성(검출) 대체농산물 구입(02:00~04:00)- 식재로 공급업자 통보, 대체 농산물 조달이후 step3: 대체농산물 시료채취(04:00~04:30)- 배송집하장 대체 농산물 시료채취 다시 step2로 검사 의뢰

Introduction to safety inspection

Safety testing of agricultural products and food by the Eco-Friendly Distribution Center

The Eco-Friendly Distribution Center is testing agricultural products shipped into the center for pesticide residue on a daily basis for food safety.

When the test result is nonconforming, we discharge all of the general agricultural products and prevent the warehousing of the product into the center permanently. According to the number of charges against products from national wholesale markets, the product is banned to be shipped for a certain period of time.

In the case of an eco-friendly agricultural product, it is banned to be shipped into the center permanently, and its eco-friendly certification is canceled by the agricultural product quality manager.

Safety Inspection Management Plan

First certification among the 40 national school meal service support centers

Seoul Eco-Friendly Distribution Center secured a certification for food safety for school meals

  1. 1. The Seoul eco-Friendly Distribution Center was designated as a “state certified safety testing agency (no. 26)” by the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, the best testing agency of pesticide residue on agricultural products, on December 23rd, 2014.
  2. 2. Heavy metal was added to the testing items on June 15th, 2015
  3. 3. Passed experts’ ① thorough document evaluation, ② thorough on-site inspection, and ③ precision test sample double test
  4. 4. Expanding precision test equipment for the past 2 years, accumulating lots of experience by safety testing and nurturing personnel with expertise by training from external expert agencies
  5. 5. The safety test for school food should involve it being sampled and being categorized according to shippers and items, by the rapid multi-residue analytical method regulated by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. After the QuEChERS pre-processing method, extract the sample, refine it, and test it using precision test equipment
  6. 6. The public corporation will “expand testing areas from pesticide residue and heavy metal to microorganisms for agricultural products”
